to individuals living with traumatic or acquired brain injuries and

neurological illness.

The support we offer encompasses community based cognitive rehabilitation and the development of person specific approaches to daily living skills.

By working with the clients and their families in their own home, we aim to maximise independence, so that individuals may live more effectively in their communities.
