This ensures that clients and commissioners can be assured of a high level of staffing qualifications and indicates a wide knowledge of brain injury and its consequences. Each member of staff is mentored by a Director throughout their employment. Each staff member received training specific to the needs of their client, again ensuring a focused, client centred approach to our service.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent staff who are matched to each client. If we do not feel upon referral that a current member of staff would match with a client, we will recruit specifically for an appropriate worker.
