Pedro is a dedicated professional with a degree in Psychology and a recently completed management diploma, bringing over 20 years of experience in social care. He is committed to assisting individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving success in their lives. His career has afforded him the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, including children, young people, and vulnerable adults, focusing on emotional well-being, behavioural support, and community engagement.

Pedro’s tenure at BIS Services has been marked by growth and development. From 2013 to 2016 and again from 2018 to the present, he has advanced from a cognitive rehabilitation assistant to a client liaison manager with a main focus on personalised interventions to improve client outcomes, enhancing their independence and quality of life. Developing onto his current role as a senior line manager. This progression has deepened his expertise and understanding of BIS operations, enhancing his ability to effectively support staff.

As a Line Manager, Pedro excels in providing supervision and fostering professional growth within his team. He is dedicated to cultivating a supportive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and motivated. Pedro believes that empowered staff are more able to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services that positively impact the lives of the clients. 

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Pedro is an avid football enthusiast and a devoted supporter of Liverpool FC. He actively participates in playing football on weekends, enjoying both the competition and the camaraderie it fosters. His passion for football mirrors his teamwork ethos, which he applies both professionally and personally.

Pedro loves puzzles and games, and is currently working on a satirical board game that he hopes to get to market by this autumn.
